12 Channel Analogue Chino Temperature Recorder.

The accurate measurement of temperature is essential for all Pre -Post Heat Treatment Operations.  The Chino recorder design is potentiometric, self compensating for ambient temperatures and operates over the temperature range 0-1200 Degrees C.

This sturdy casing is fitted with rear polarised socket connections for the type K thermocouple to compensating lead connections.  A supply cable is also fitted to the rear of the case too, for the 110V AC input power from the heat treatment transformer.

The temperature charts extend for up to 400 hours for a chart speed of 50mm/hour.  The chart drive can be varied to suit the heat treatment specifications or conditions.

We can also offer the unrivalled Eurotherm 6000 series Graphic Recorder in our Furnace Facility in Bellshill.

This recorder has definitive accuracy with a 125ms total sample rate for up to 48 input channels, these can be configured to suit your exact process requirements. The Temperature range is up to 750°C.

These instruments have touch screen displays and have onboard Flash data storage capability.

All Data is stored in a secure binary format, this tamper resistant system will keep long term records of your process.
