The Quality Assurance Policy of Doon Valley (Heat Treatment) Ltd is to implement and maintain a Quality Assurance System, which meets the requirements of :-
BS EN ISO 9002 – 1994.
The purpose of the Quality System, as detailed in this Quality Manual and supporting documentation, is to ensure that all services provided are in compliance with customers expectations and needs.
Compliance with this Quality Policy is MANDATORY for all personnel employed by the company. Encouragement is given for each employee to develop and maintain an attitude of continued quality improvement within their area or activity.
Responsibility for the implementation of the contents of this Quality Policy is hereby delegated to the Quality Representative who has the complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Quality System. The Quality Representative will represent the company in all matters that relate to Quality Assurance and has full authority, freedom and responsibility to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality System through regular Audits and Corrective Action Reviews.
Doon Valley (Heat Treatment) Ltd regards the promotion of health and safety as a mutual objective for management and employees at all levels within the organisation. It is therefore our Company’s policy to do all that is reasonable to prevent personal injury and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards including the public insofar as they come in contact with the company and its products and services.

The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements for the implementation of the policy are set out in our Health and Safety Manual.
The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way it is implemented will be reviewed annually.
