These units are ideally suitable for pre and post weld heat treatment of pipework and vessels on refineries, construction sites and workshops.

Our mobile transformer units are housed in a rigid heavy gauge sheet steel constructed to provide power to electrical resistance heaters of 60 Volts.

These wheeled cabinets are well balanced and standard painted units are finished in durable hammer gloss quality paint.  Insulated to Class H Standards, the windings are natural cooled and rated for an ambient temperature of 50 Degrees C. ( Also available in Stainless Steel.)

The output form the unit is split into six individual heating circuits for temperature control.  There is provision for an external control form any suitable controller or programmer via a multi-pin socket.

Each channel has it’s own auto/manual switch therefore any combination of channels can be operated in either auto or manual mode.  Cable and heater connections have camlock connections.

Mininum Electrical Requirements – Supply voltage 440V 3P +E., 60 Amps
